# Terms of Service | Winston Digital Marketing Plain-English terms for using winstondigitalmarketing.com, running the free audit, and buying the digital products. **Last reviewed:** September 19, 2026 > General information, not legal advice. These terms describe how we run the site and sell the products as of the review date above. They are not a legal opinion, and you should check anything here with your own counsel before relying on it. Items marked TO CONFIRM are not settled yet and are being finished. ## Agreement. Using this site means you agree to these terms. Winston Digital Marketing, LLC ("Winston," "we," "us") operates winstondigitalmarketing.com. If you do not agree, stop using the site. If you buy a digital product from us, the purchase terms below apply on top of the rest. ## Acceptable use. Normal reading, citation with attribution, and agent consumption through our Markdown twins and MCP endpoint are expressly allowed. That is what they are for. You may not scrape the site to replicate it competitively, run automated attacks, or hammer the audit tool. The live audit is capped at five runs per minute per visitor, and abuse gets blocked. ## Intellectual property. All original content on this site is copyright Winston Digital Marketing, LLC. Playbooks and methodologies are published for reference and may be quoted and cited with attribution. Claude Skills, prompts, and tools shown here are Winston's unless noted otherwise. You may not republish the site or any substantial part of it without written permission. ## The free audits. Two different things share the word audit. The [live tool](/audit/) runs in your browser, scores a page in about half a minute, and is capped at five runs per minute per visitor. The 48-hour audit is a person doing the work, and we aim for 48 hours without guaranteeing it during holidays or heavy weeks. Both are offered in good faith. We can decline submissions that are obvious spam, unserious, from current clients, or outside our scope. One reasonable audit per domain is the intent. By submitting a URL to the live tool you confirm you are entitled to have that page analyzed. The tool fetches the page and sends an extract to a language model provider, which is described in the [privacy policy](/privacy/). ## Buying a digital product. We sell two: - [The GEO Skill Pack](/products/geo-skill-pack/), 497 US dollars, one payment. - [The Cannabis Social Media Compliance Kit](/products/cannabis-social-compliance-kit/), 47 US dollars, one payment. Neither is a subscription and neither renews. Checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for these sales. That means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on the receipt, they calculate and remit sales tax and VAT, and their terms govern the payment itself. We never see or store your card number. Files download immediately after payment clears. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that applies where you are. Buying on behalf of a company means you have authority to bind that company. ## Delivery. Both products are files, sent to the email address you buy with. The GEO Skill Pack is three installable Claude Skills plus the workbook build script, an example findings file, the brand config file, an install guide, and a quickstart. The Compliance Kit is plain Markdown files in one folder, with no login, no app, and no course platform. Nothing ships physically and there is nothing to cancel. The GEO Skill Pack needs Claude Code, Claude Desktop, or claude.ai with skills enabled, Python 3 with openpyxl, and Node with pptxgenjs and docx. Those requirements are listed on the product page. Having them running is your side of the deal. ## License: the GEO Skill Pack. One agency, unlimited clients. The LICENSE.md file inside the pack is the operative license, and if this page and that file ever disagree, the file wins. **What you may do:** - Install the skills on every machine your team uses - Run them for as many client engagements as you want - Sell the deliverables they produce, at whatever price you set - Modify anything: edit the frameworks, change the slide order, rewrite the prompts, add checks - Put your own branding on every output, which is what the brand config file is for **What you may not do:** - Resell or redistribute the pack itself, in whole or in part - Publish the skill files or the reference frameworks anywhere public, including a public repository - Package the contents into another product for sale The line is simple: the work you produce with it is yours, the pack is not. Updates go to the address you bought with, and the changelog inside the pack says what changed. ## License: the Cannabis Social Media Compliance Kit. The kit does not ship with a license file yet, so here is the interim scope. Use it inside your own business and on the accounts you or your team run, including client accounts you manage. Do not resell it, republish it, or fold it into something you sell. Updated files go to buyers when platform policies change materially, with no subscription and no extra charge. The final scope is TO CONFIRM and will be published here and added to the kit itself. ## Refunds. Both products are files, and once they are downloaded they cannot be handed back. We still offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us inside that window, tell us what went wrong, and we will refund you. After 14 days we will still read the email and we will still try to make it right, but the refund is at our discretion rather than a commitment. Refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy, so the money returns by the route it arrived. ## Service engagements. This is a marketing site. Actual service engagements run on a separate statement of work signed between Winston and the client, and nothing on this site is a binding offer of services. Published prices are indicative. ## No warranty. The site, the audits, and the products are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Two specifics. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice for your situation, and the cannabis material in particular is general information rather than a compliance certification or a legal opinion. Confirm it with your own counsel and your state regulator. And no one can guarantee a citation in an AI answer. The frameworks in the GEO Skill Pack reflect how generative search behaved as of the version date, that behavior changes without notice, and the pack is a process for removing the reasons a system would skip a site rather than a promise of a result. ## Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent the law allows, Winston and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, the audits, the products, or reliance on any of their content. For anything you bought through this site, our total liability is capped at what you paid for it. ## Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes get resolved in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York. ## Changes to these terms. We update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version, and the review date at the top reflects the most recent pass.
